Kevin Watkins- President/CEO
I am a hands on CEO and "Head Coach" of my NCI team. Because I enjoy the automobile business I am involved with all aspects of our company and take pleasure in working with and motivating my employee group. I also love collecting muscle cars. I am a devoted husband to my wife Barbara and father to our two daughters. NCI is committed to consistent quality and service and I am always available to hear feedback from our clients at Kevin@newcarsinc.com.		  
 
 
 
 
 
Barbara Watkins - CFO
Having been involved with NCI since the beginning, I take pride in supporting the administrative side of our business, and keeping the paperwork in order! I enjoy working with my husband Kevin, and being a mom to our teenage girls. I enjoy traveling and making fun memories with my family.
 
 
 
 
Dave Almond- General Sales Manager
I joined the New Cars Inc. team in September of '97 as a Sales Advisor where I was able to enjoy the credit union branch atmosphere. With over 25 years of customer service, this was the place for me! In March of 2003, I was promoted to General Sales Manager where I was able to utilize my customer service skills with members and employees of every credit union that we serve. I am a very proud father of two outstanding boys whom I spend all my time with when I am off. We enjoy camping, fishing, motorcycle riding and little league together.		  
 
 
 
 
 
Terri Nielson- Business Manager
I have been working in the business office of New Cars, Inc. for 11 years. The girls in the office and I strive to keep things running smoothly while having a good time. We all enjoy the "family" atmosphere here. I have 2 adult children and an adorable granddaughter that I enjoy spending time with whenever possible. I love the theatre, concerts and traveling with my fiancé.
 
 
 
 
Andrea Call- Marketing Manager
I have been working as a Marketing Manager since '99 in Temecula. I had relocated to San Diego in Feb. of '03 where I took the position as Marketing Manager for New Cars Inc. My position allows me to be creative and social, my two strongest points. I had played soccer for 12 years, and enjoy backpacking, going to the desert, and the river with my friends and family. Karen Breeding- Sales Advisor
A native San Diegan, I have spent my entire career in sales and marketing, and the past 4 years have been working at New Cars Inc. I am married to a wonderful man David and am filled with joy when surrounded by our blended family of 4 children and 8 grandchildren. My passion for people couldn't be better suited to my position as Marketing Rep for NCI.
 
 
 
 
Irene Moore- DMV Clerk
I was born in Detroit Michigan but have lived in San Diego area most of my life. I have been in the automobile industry for 23 years. I started my own DMV Registration Service 20 years ago. I have been working for New Cars Inc as an Outside Service for 15 years. I register and title their sold vehicles and handle all of their DMV transactions and customer questions. I have two adult children, a daughter who lives in the San Diego Area, and a son who lives in Las Vegas. I enjoy traveling, and getting together with my family and friends.		  
 
 
 
 
 
Jacque Gipson - Contracts Administration
I am a native of San Diego and have been married to a wonderful man Walt since 2004. I have 2 grown daughters and 2 grown stepdaughters. Together we have 5 wonderful grand children. I was in travel for 17 years and decided to join this company after buying my car from them in January of 2007 and I love the work. Everyone is very friendly and competent, and they excel in giving great service.

A.K.A. Bob Serve you better...I am married and have 1 daughter in school. I am a retired educator and have lived in Asia for more than 15 years. Dave Jacobsen- Sales Advisor
I started at New Cars Inc. in March of '97. I worked as a Used Car Sales Manager until March of '03, but I now work as a New Car Sales Advisor. I have been married for 33 years to my beautiful wife Peggy; we have two children: Andy 28, and Katie 25. Peggy and I recently became Grandparents, and our very proud of our new grandson Gabe.
 
 
 
 
Bob Fleenor- Sales Advisor
I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and have been working with New Cars Inc. since November '01. This has been the most satisfying position in my career because now I am with a company that shares my belief "Service Equals Success". proudly tell people "I don't sell cars for a living, I help people purchase them." Gayle Clayton- Sales Advisor
I am a 3rd generation Native Californian living in Orange County with my husband Jim. I have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. I have been in the car industry for over 12 years. I say "I have the best job in the world" because there is nothing better than making people happy with good prices, great service, and no hassle buying a car.

I am a happily married native San Diegan, and a proud parent of a great kid Devon and 2 fabulous step sons Brandon and Travis. I was a part of the NCI team 10 years ago and was happy to join them again in early 2006. Roberto Sarabia - Recon Manager
I have been working for New Cars Inc. since 2005. Before that I worked as a detailer and at a body shop. I love my job and everyone that works here. NCI takes pride in their vehicles, and it's great detailing them and making them ready for members to drive.
 
 
 
 
Jenifer Nelson - Marketing Assistant
I was born and raised in San Diego, although I lived in Atlanta for 2 years. I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter that I'm very proud of. New Cars Inc. has been a great company to work for and I'm looking forward to many years with them. The Marketing Department is great to work with because we get to interact with all of our friends at the Credit Unions as well as the members.

My name is Michael Strong and I am one of the Used car advisors here. I have been in the auto sales industry on and off a few years. I have also spent a good amount of time in the United States Marine Corps Let me tell you I would of never known how easy and what a relaxed atmosphere it is to purchase either a new or preowned vehicle until I found myself employed here at New Cars Inc. My fellow coworkers are great and the clientele even greater. My two greatest passions are people and cars, put the two together and I have the ultimate dream job.
